On November 6, CNTIC signed two contracts for KN-02 and MN-03 bid sections with Sri Lanka Road Development Authority (RDA) in the form of a consortium, in a bid to upgrade and reconstruct roads in the Northern Province, Sri Lanka. Covering a total length of 102.61 km, the above-mentioned project has been financed by the Asian Development Bank (ADB), with a total amount of about USD28.5 million. The project is of far-reaching significance for enhancing the living standards of local residents in northern Sri Lanka, improving the conditions of logistics infrastructure, accelerating the urbanization, and developing the regional economy.
