The signing ceremony of improvement project
of Qinghai Radio and Television Infrastructure, undertaken by CNTIC under JICA
ODA loan, was held at the building of
China General Technology (Group) on
July 4. Sellers’ representative of the contract and leaders of Qinghai Bureau
of Radio and Television, the People’s Government and Bureau of Radio and
Television of Hainan Prefecture of Qinghai were present at the signing ceremony.
The signing of the contract marked a smooth end of the JICA ODA Loan Project.
