To meet the urgent need of disease control equipments of Sichuan Provincial Centers for Disease Control and related clients, CNTIC arrived in Chengdu, Sichuan in mid-June, started the work of contract negotiations of utilizing the German government loans to import disease control equipments for Sichuan Province.
This project is bulk project, involving a variety of clients and procurement items, with hard operating difficulties. It covers 19 CDCs in Sichuan Province, including 5 earthquake disaster areas: Dujiangyan, Mianyang, Deyang, Guangyuan and Aba. The team of the project had done a lot of preparation before signing the contract, and within only two days had successfully signed it.
Through CNTIC’s excellent arrangements and effort, the clients eventually achieved their intents that purchased satisfactory equipments. The project implementation units in charge, Finance Department and Health Department of Sichuan Province, has highly praised and affirmed this project.
