Signing Ceremony for Jiangsu Jinling Gas Turbine Power Plant (3×390MW) project was held in Beijing on Dec. 3, 2004. Ms. Ma Lu, vice president of China National Technical Imp & Exp Corp. (CNTIC), was present and signed the contract. Mr. Li Zhengli, the General Manager of the 2nd Power and Energy Division, also attended the ceremony. This project is one of the follow-up gas turbine power plants construction projects. Besides CNTIC, the parties of the contract also include Huaneng Power International Inc. and the Consortium established between Harbin Power Equipment Co. and General Electric Company.
