In Fuzhou on October 19, a strategic cooperation agreement was signed between Fuyao Group as one party and CNTIC of Genertec, VPower Group, and Xutong Industrial Technology Co., Ltd as the opposite party. The agreement was inked by President Wang Yanming on behalf of CNTIC of Genertec, Chief Investment Officer Liu Boyang on behalf of VPower Group, General Manager Wang Jianlin on behalf of Xutong Industrial Technology Co., Ltd, and President Ye Shu on behalf of Fuyao Group.
