On April 14, the groundbreaking ceremony for the Côte d'Ivoire Safe City Project Phase III was held in Abidjan, marking the official launch of project implementation. The Minister of Interior and Security of Côte d'Ivoire, the Director of DITT, representatives of financing institutions, and relevant parties attended the ceremony and delivered speeches. They extended warm congratulations on the smooth commencement of the project and spoke highly of the long-term practical cooperation and mutual trust among all parties.

In the subsequent construction phase, the project team will adhere to the principle of "Safety First, Quality Foremost", strengthen overall coordination and process control, scientifically arrange construction schedules, and comprehensively improve project management capabilities.
