On March 2nd, Zhang Xu, Deputy Head of the Work Leading Group of Epidemic Prevention and Control and President of CNTIC, called relevant personnel of the Group together to convey to them CGT’s notification items and key requirements as well as requirements of Beijing municipal government. Based on CNTIC’s international operation, President Zhang emphasized that all must refrain from formalism. It is important and necessary to prevent imported cases from other countries and the spread of the epidemic in China. Mr. Zhang also made arrangements and put forward specific requirements for epidemic prevention in critical links, such as paying attention to the latest data of domestic and international epidemics, strengthening supervision and control of staff-intensive offices, continuously implementing clean and sanitary measures in offices, and comprehensively investigating the rental situation of employees.
Ruan Yanshan, Deputy Head of the Work Leading Group of Epidemic Prevention and Control and Assistant President of CNTIC, led the relevant personnel of the inspection team to inspect the implementation of epidemic-controlling measures of all units in office areas of CNTIC’s headquarters. Currently, CNTIC has implemented measures for setting up temporary isolation rooms and special collection barrels for discarded masks in office areas. Other critical epidemic prevention efforts, including the thorough investigation of the rental situation of employees and the resolute prevention of imported cases and spread of the virus, are being conducted.
