The signing ceremony of the third batch Contracts for the Procurement of High Power AC Electric Locomotives and the Importation of the Technologies was held at Genertec Plaza, Beijing on February 25th, 2005.
China National Technical Import & Export Corporation (CNTIC), entrusted by the Ministry of Railway, is the commercial agent of the captioned Project. President Jiang Xinsheng participated the Ceremony and signed the above Contracts on behalf of CNTIC.
