On August 31st, the bidding ceremony for the high-power AC transmission locomotive procurement and technology transfer project, organized by CNTIC, was held at Beijing CCECC Plaza. Officials from the Ministry of Railways, CNTIC vice-president Liu Debing and Zhang Zhonghua, and relevant business partners and experts attended the ceremony.
