Message from the president

China National Technical Import and Export Corporation (CNTIC) is a wholly-owned subsidiary company under China General Technology (Group) Holding Ltd., Over the past 55 years, CNTIC has been working as a major channel for import and export of key technologies and complete plants for the nation in various stages of economic development and has  created many “No.1”for the national economy. t. In recent years, while giving top priority to the technology trade,  CNTIC constantly innovates  operation modes and  carefully cultivates the two core businesses, mainly the introduction of key technologies and equipments and projects contracting. The company focuseson three business fields, namely energy, infrastructure and industrial engineering and starts to work  on R&D design consulting and advanced manufacturing. All of these efforts help CNTIC shape its  core capabilities in five areas:  marketing, business integration, investing and financing, project engineering and project management and  boost the transformation of an old state-owned foreign trade company which had relied  heavily on government to an vibrant new enterprise with advanced concept, scientific management and competitiveness. CNTIC experienced sustainable and rapid growth from 2002 to 2007 with the increase of revenue  by 270%, main business income increase of 200% and net assets increase of 240%. This period of time has witnessed the expansion of the firm’s business scale and improvement of its business arena and market competitiveness. I would like to extend my sincere thanks to all of our partners and the people providing supports to us on behalf of CNTIC.

CNTIC is now embracing the best and most critical period of development. We are on the way to achieve the goal of becoming a large-scaled renowned international company that will renovate continuously technology trade and project contracting and provide value-added service to our clients. We will continue to grow in a fast and better way  by deepening reform and implementing the new development strategy and try to build up a reciprocal and   win-win situation  with our customers.
