Quality System
China National Technical Import & Export Corporation
(CNTIC) formally established and operated the quality management
system according to ISO9001: 2000 requirements in August
2001. It obtained the ISO9000 quality certification certificate
on December 18, 2001 after being examined and approved by
the Quality Certification Company of China Classification
Society. The establishment of the ISO9001:2000 quality management
system has enabled the whole staff of CNTIC to firmly build
up the concept of ¡°making customers the focus of attention¡±and
that to satisfy customers¡¯ needs and expectations is our
highest aim. For this reason, CNTIC has established its
quality guideline, namely, ¡°to provide superior service
in the overall process, strengthen scientific management
for it to take root, and persistently pioneer and innovate
in multiple fields¡±. At the same time our clear and definite
promise to our customers is our quality objective: ¡°to implement
contracts with 100% qualification rate and 98% customer
satisfaction rate¡±.
Since the running of the company¡¯s system there has not
been any serious quality accident or customer complaint.
Yet the core of ISO9000 is the keeping and continual improving
of the quality management system. Obtaining the certification
certificate is only the first step in our quality control
work. It will be long, hard and meticulous work to really
achieve conformity, sufficiency and effectiveness to the
standard. We hope to receive comments and suggestions on
and about our work from our customers. We will continuously
perfect and enhance ourselves in the course of persistent
improvement with an aim to make our products satisfy the
demand and expectation of our customers.
